Campsite number 22 is the same as the last two days off of Forest road 10019 in Ashley National Forest.

Today was much needed laundry day. We made our way to Vernal, Utah again and headed for the laundromat.

After laundry was done, we went towards Naples, Utah and the Green River Bridge Dispersed Camping! We let the dogs out to stretch their legs and we roamed around a bit.

Robert wanted to explore another dispersed camping area called McCoy Flats. It was about 15 miles away. It’s a wide open area for mountain biking. There weren’t many trees there at all!

Robert was getting worried about our batteries not recouping fast enough for the amount of sunshine we have. We have 125w solar panel mounted on top of the suburban. That works great when sun is overhead. It doesn’t work so well when the sun is at an angle. We splurged and bought another 100w briefcase panel from Harbor Freight. The hope is to put it out and move it around camp keeping it pointing at the sun to recoup faster what we lose in charging stuff. We do have a lot of electronics being charged all the time with work from anywhere. Now we have a total of 225w of solar power.

Had supper at Grandma Dot’s Deli again. Then made our way back up to the forest for camp.

We did drive 101.8 miles today and no oil leaks!!! That’s a win!!!
