We had been looking forward to this trip since we found out about this event in December. We returned to Woolaroc near Bartlesville, Oklahoma to enjoy their spring mountain man traders encampment.
When we first arrived we saw Moe Cresswell. Robert met Moe for the first time at the Pomme de Terre Rendezvous last year.
We met a man named Pinky from Waco, Texas. He was trying to recruit Robert to get into camping and trading at rendezvous. We had a lovely conversation. He told a story of how in his younger days, he was Willie Nelson’s bus driver.
