We decided to try out PrintAura and purchase some personalized phone cases. They offer many products and we were looking to see if they’d be our vendor for products we wanted to feature on our various websites.
In this podcast, we give a review of our experience in getting a correct phone case order. Although throughout the process, the customer service interaction had been pleasant, it is still disappointing that even after three replacement orders, there has never been a complete correct order. Their seemingly lack of attention to detail has made us decide to go with a different vendor for our apparel products. We decided to go with Printful and have been very pleased with their products and ease of integration with our WordPress sites.
